Delete account

You can request account deletion at any time. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you delete

Cancel Premium first. If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges. See Cancel subscription.

Complete open orders. If you have orders in progress (as a buyer or seller), wait until they're completed before deleting your account. Deleting mid-order may complicate dispute resolution.

Download your data. Premium subscribers can export their wear history as CSV from My Collection → Stats → Export data. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

How to request deletion

  1. Go to Account → Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm your password and tap Confirm deletion.

Your account will be scheduled for deletion. There is a 7-day grace period during which you can log back in to cancel the deletion. After 7 days, all your data is permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and all personal information
  • Your listings (active listings will be removed from the marketplace)
  • Your collection, wear logs, and stats
  • Your message history

What's retained

For legal and fraud prevention purposes, anonymised transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Australian tax law. These records cannot be linked back to your personal information.
