Notifications

ScentSell sends push notifications and emails to keep you informed about orders, offers, and collection activity.

Notification types

Managing notification preferences

  1. Go to Account → Notification settings.
  2. Toggle each notification type on or off.
  3. You can disable push notifications without disabling email notifications (and vice versa).

Push notifications (browser)

Push notifications require you to allow notifications in your browser or mobile device. If you declined the permission prompt previously:

  • Chrome/Edge: Click the padlock icon in the address bar → Notifications → Allow
  • Safari (iOS): Settings → Safari → Notifications → scentsell.com.au → Allow
  • Android: Settings → Apps → ScentSell / Chrome → Notifications → Enable

Brand alerts

Set up brand alerts to be notified when new listings appear for brands you're watching:

  1. Go to Account → Brand alerts.
  2. Tap + Add alert and type the brand name.
  3. You'll receive a push notification whenever a new listing from that brand goes live.
