Profile settings
Your ScentSell profile is visible to other users when you buy or sell. A complete profile builds trust in the marketplace.
What you can update
- Display name — Your public username on ScentSell
- Profile photo — A photo helps sellers and buyers recognise you
- Bio — A short description (optional) — great for highlighting your fragrance interests
- Location — Your state or territory (helps buyers estimate shipping time)
Updating your profile
- Go to Account (tap your avatar in the top-right corner).
- Tap Edit profile.
- Update any fields you want to change.
- Tap Save.
Seller ratings
After a transaction is completed, buyers and sellers can rate each other. Your average rating is shown on your profile and on listings you create. A strong rating makes your listings more attractive to buyers.
You cannot delete or edit ratings. If you believe a rating is fraudulent or abusive, contact support@scentsell.com.au.
