Bundle Rooms
Bundle Rooms let you ask to buy 2–10 eligible fragrances from one seller in one protected order. Sellers publish tiered savings and combined-postage defaults, then you accept the exact deal before you pay.
This is not a marketplace-wide cart. Keeping a Bundle Room to one seller means there is one parcel, one accountable sender and one clear delivery path.
How it works
- Look for Open to bundles on an eligible listing, then visit that seller's profile.
- Choose 2–10 eligible bottles from that seller.
- The seller reviews the selection, confirms combined postage and ScentSell calculates the saving from that seller's published tier.
- Review the bottles, price and postage. You can accept the proposal or leave it.
- If you accept, pay through ScentSell's secure checkout. The seller sends one tracked parcel.
Pricing and offers
The Bundle Room has its own exact proposal. The listed price of every selected bottle is used first, then the seller's published 2, 3–5 or 6–10 bottle saving tier is applied. The seller confirms combined postage for the selected bottles.
It does not stack a previously accepted single-bottle offer onto a new order. That avoids two different price agreements competing for the same bottle.
Buyer protection stays on
- Every bottle must still be an active, admin-reviewed listing with the required authenticity evidence.
- A bottle with missing nozzle-off evidence, a safety hold or another live sale commitment cannot enter the bundle.
- The final checkout checks every bottle again before payment.
- One seller ships one tracked parcel. If a bottle cannot safely finalise, the bundle is resolved as a whole — no item quietly disappears from the order.
What you will not see
- A multi-seller cart
- Automatic shipping estimates that overrule the seller
- A checkout total chosen by the buyer
- A way to bundle a bottle the seller has not marked eligible
