Confirming receipt
When your fragrance arrives, you can confirm receipt in your dashboard. This closes the order and lets the seller know everything went smoothly.

How to confirm receipt
- Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
- Find the order with status Delivered.
- Tap Confirm receipt.
- The order status changes to Completed.
The seller is notified that the order is complete.
Do I have to confirm receipt?
No. Confirming receipt is optional and cosmetic — it simply updates the order status. Sellers are paid at checkout (not at delivery), so confirming receipt does not affect when the seller receives payment. They were already paid when you completed the Stripe checkout.
Automatic completion
If you don't confirm receipt, the order will automatically complete after a timeout period (usually a few days after delivery is detected). This is a standard safeguard to ensure orders don't get stuck in limbo.
If you have a problem with the order — the item is not as described, damaged, or hasn't arrived — raise a dispute before confirming receipt. Once you confirm, the order is closed.
What if the item isn't as described?
If the fragrance arrived damaged, significantly not as described, or didn't arrive at all, raise a dispute instead of confirming. See Refunds & disputes.
