Create an account

Creating a ScentSell account is free and takes about two minutes. You need an account to buy, sell, or manage your fragrance collection.

Steps​

  1. Go to scentsell.com.au and tap Sign up in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter your email address and choose a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters. Use something secure — you'll be using this account for financial transactions if you sell.

  3. Check your email. We'll send a verification link. Click it to confirm your address. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

  4. Complete your profile. After verifying, you'll be prompted to add your display name and a profile photo (optional). A complete profile builds trust with buyers and sellers.

  5. You're in. You can now browse the marketplace, save favourites, and manage your collection straight away.

You don't need to verify your identity to browse or buy. Identity verification (KYC) is only required when you set up selling — see Verifying your account.

Signing in with an existing account​

Go to scentsell.com.au and tap Sign in. Enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password? link to receive a reset email.

Troubleshooting​

Didn't receive the verification email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you typed your email address correctly
  • Try signing up again — a new verification email will be sent

  • Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page
