Response times

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day (AEST). During busy periods this may extend to 2 business days.

Before emailing

Check the FAQ — common questions are answered there. If your issue is with an order, include:

  • Your order number
  • What the problem is
  • Any relevant photos

Disputes

If you have a dispute about a marketplace transaction, raise it directly through the My Orders section of the app — don't email us first. The dispute process captures all the relevant information our team needs. See Refunds & disputes.
