Cancel subscription

You can cancel your ScentSell Premium subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Account → Subscription (or /settings/subscription).
  2. Tap Manage subscription.
  3. In the Stripe Customer Portal, tap Cancel subscription.
  4. Confirm cancellation.

What happens after you cancel?

  • Your subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period — not immediately.
  • You keep full Premium access until your current period ends.
  • After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

Example: If you cancel on the 15th of the month and your billing date is the 28th, you retain Premium access until the 28th.

What happens to my data?

Your collection data, wear history, and statistics are not deleted when you cancel. You can still view everything — you just can't add more items once you hit the free tier limits (25 items, 50 wears/month).

If you had more than 25 items when you cancel, your existing items remain accessible. You won't be able to add new items until you're below 25 or you resubscribe.

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or wish to request a refund, contact support@scentsell.com.au with your order details. We handle refund requests case by case.
