Manage billing

All billing for ScentSell Premium is handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment details, and download invoices from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Accessing your billing settings

  1. Go to Account → Subscription (or /settings/subscription).
  2. Tap Manage subscription.
  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.

From there you can:

  • View your current plan and next billing date
  • Update your payment method
  • Download past invoices
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Cancel your subscription

Updating your payment method

  1. Open the Stripe Customer Portal (see above).
  2. Under Payment methods, tap Add payment method.
  3. Enter your new card details and save.
  4. You can set the new card as your default or remove the old one.

Invoices

All invoices are generated by Stripe and accessible in the Customer Portal. You'll also receive an invoice by email after each billing cycle.

If a payment fails

If your payment fails (e.g. expired card), Stripe will retry the charge automatically over a few days and send you an email. If payment isn't resolved, your Premium access may be downgraded to the free tier until the billing issue is resolved.

To fix a payment failure, update your payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal.
