Every new ScentSell Premium subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full Premium access from day one, with no charge until the trial ends.

What's included in the trial​

Full Premium access from the moment you start:

  • Unlimited collection items
  • Unlimited wear logs
  • Unlimited photo adds
  • MCP server access (AI voice logging)
  • Advanced analytics
  • CSV export

Is a card required?​

Yes — a valid payment card is required to start the trial. This is standard for free trials managed through Stripe. Your card is saved but not charged until the 14-day trial period ends.

How to cancel before being charged​

If you decide Premium isn't for you:

  1. Go to Account → Manage subscription (or visit /settings/subscription).
  2. Tap Cancel subscription.
  3. Your subscription cancels and your trial ends immediately with no charge.

You can also cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your settings page.

When does the trial end?​

The trial runs for exactly 14 calendar days from signup. You'll receive an email reminder a few days before it ends so you can decide whether to continue.
