Offering Bundle Rooms

If you are listing several fragrances, you can mark an individual bottle Open to bundles. Buyers can then ask to include it with 1–9 other eligible bottles from your own listings.

The setting is optional and belongs to each listing. It is not a commitment to accept every request, and it does not make a bottle available to another seller's order.

Turn it on while listing​

  1. In the listing form, open Selling a collection? below Shipping.
  2. Turn on Open to bundles for the bottles you are comfortable packing together.
  3. Submit the listing as usual. It still needs admin review and all required authenticity photos before it can go live.

You can leave a bottle out if it is difficult to pack, already promised elsewhere or simply not something you want to combine with other sales.

Set up a collection quickly​

From Dashboard → Manage your listings → Bundle selling, you can set your tiered saving and postage defaults once, select many active listings, and turn bundle availability on together. You can also make new listings open to bundles by default, then change any individual bottle while listing.

When a buyer makes a request​

The buyer selects 2–10 eligible bottles from your profile. Before any payment, ScentSell calculates the saving from the tier you published and you confirm:

  • one combined tracked-postage amount.

If postage differs from your published band, add a short explanation. The buyer sees it before accepting. Changing postage creates a fresh proposal for the buyer to review. The buyer cannot set your shipping or price. Nothing is charged until they accept the exact bundle proposal and complete checkout.

Savings are applied to the listed bottle subtotal: 2 bottles, 3–5 bottles, or 6–10 bottles. Buyers always approve the exact total before Stripe checkout.

Keep it simple for now​

Set sensible published bands for the actual parcels you are prepared to pack. You can still explain a genuine exception before the buyer accepts; one clear explanation is better than a headline rate that later changes.

Your normal protections still apply​

  • Only your own active listings can be in a Bundle Room.
  • Each bottle still needs its required authenticity evidence, including the nozzle-off photo.
  • You ship one tracked parcel.
  • Stripe Connect processes the single buyer payment through ScentSell's secure checkout.
