Your Dashboard shows all your orders as a seller. Here's how to manage them from payment through to completion.

Order status lifecycle

Accessing your orders

Go to DashboardMy Sales to see all orders as a seller. Tap any order to see the full detail view, including buyer contact, tracking, and order timeline.

Marking an order as shipped

  1. Open the order from your Dashboard.
  2. Tap Mark as shipped.
  3. Enter the tracking number and select the carrier.
  4. Tap Confirm.

The buyer is immediately notified by push and email with the tracking details.

Automatic delivery detection

Our system polls 17track every 6 hours. When your parcel is confirmed delivered, the order automatically moves to delivered and the buyer is notified.

Order completion

Orders complete automatically once delivery is confirmed and the completion timeout passes. You don't need to do anything — the sale is already complete and you were paid at checkout.

Handling buyer messages

Buyers may contact you through the order messaging system. Keep communication on-platform so there's a record if a dispute arises.

If a dispute is raised

If a buyer raises a dispute, the order will be flagged and our admin team will investigate. Provide clear information and photos to support your case. See Refunds & disputes for details from the buyer's perspective.
